Our kids serve and are not allowed to sell direct to anyone! Thus it is the job of our FC to do all the selling and leg work. Our FC is chaired by (chairperson required!) He/She leads the group of parents and leaders that work tirelessly to make sure we have the funds to keep our costs down, for the kids and their parents. It is their efforts that come up with the money to buy new equipment, reduce camp costs, and provide the necessary tools to run the best scouting program in Canada!
This Years Fund Raisers!TEA!
Yes, it's all in the name! - This is a fundraising idea that has been mostly invented by our youth. While sitting around a campfire during a jamboree, we were brainstorming, trying to come up with an unique fund raiser - one we could call our very own. Suddenly it dawned on them - 1st Ingersoll Traditional Explorers Association, (sometimes referred to as 1st Ingersoll T.E.A) - well, now you know the rest of the story! We have several delicious blends of tea that are sure to satisfy!! Ask a section leader how you can get yours!!!

Chili!
We will be out once again for the Ingersoll Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 21, 2009 selling Chili! Come out for a great parade and some hot chili to warm you up!!
Christmas Trees!
We are selling a limited number of real Christmas trees this Holiday season. They will be $25.00 each, and available at Ingersoll Canadian Tire in late November. There is only 50 ordered, so get them fast.....before they are gone!
Pop Cans and Scrap Metal
We will continue our collection of Pop cans and scrap metal. The leaders make a run, every couple of months, to sell all the cans and metal we collect. If you have any you'd like to donate......give us a call - 519-425-4556 NOTE: (Pop cans will only be accepted in CLEAR plastic bags; The contents must be visible at the recycling depot).
B-P Spaghetti Feast
Every
February
22nd we celebrate the birthday of the our scouting founder, Lord
Baden-Powell. As always, we will be serving up the best Spaghetti
Dinner Ingersoll has
ever seen! Come out between 5:00 to 7:00pm for the Feast. Menu includes
salad, meat or veggie spaghetti, rolls, coffee, tea, or juice.
There will also be a penny auction this night as well.
Get your tickets from any of the leaders in advance or at the door!
